Welcome to Jill's DRILL Team!

The DRILL Team workouts are a boot camp style workout. We do a combination of cardio and strength training exercises using Pilates principles (control, concentration, center, breathing, flexibility, isolation, routine, precision). The goal for each team is to achieve a leaner, stronger, flexible and a more defined body. Each session we will work EVERY part of our bodies.

Sign up now for the next session starting November 8th!

  1. Only $120 for a six week session
  2. Special discount if you sign up for two consecutive 6 week sessions
  3. Gift Certificates available
  4. Classes missed will be credited towards future sessions (prior notice to missing classes is required)
