The DRILL Team workouts are a boot camp style workout. We do a combination of cardio
and strength training exercises using Pilates principles (control, concentration,
center, breathing, flexibility, isolation, routine, precision). The goal for each
team is to achieve a leaner, stronger, flexible and a more defined body. Each session
we will work EVERY part of our bodies.
