DRILL Team

As many of you already know, I put together a Drill Team.  Our workouts are a boot camp type of workout except rather than doing heavy weights we do a combination of cardio drills and strength exercises using Pilates principles (control, concentration, center, breathing, flexibility, isolation, routine, precision).  The goal for my team is to help everyone achieve a leaner, stronger, more defined and more flexible body.  We work EVERY part of our bodies every meeting.

How to enroll:

Each person will have to take a fitness evaluation to make the team.  Every one will be given the same evaluation. Only those who pass will be allowed to participate.  The evaluation is for me to assess you (not scare you!) The evaluation is set up so I can detect any injuries.  If an injury is detected, I can plan to have modifications to ensure a tough workout without further injury.  Also, I want to make sure that we can all work out on a similar level.  Once you've made the team, a waiver must be signed.  Remember, space is limited.  Once you've passed the fitness evaluation I'll be taking a certain number of participants on each team to ensure that each person is getting personalized training.  Slots will be on a first come first-serve basis.  Once you've signed up for one session, you'll be offered a spot in the following sessions prior to newcomers. 

Sign-ups are open.  The first class is November 8th.  We have a studio for Inclement weather. 

Workouts:

Each session is themed.  Last session was lower body.  This session is FAT BURN Remember, we work the whole body every class!  All sessions will be outdoors, unless very inclement weather.  Locations will vary depending on workout.  We've done everything from beaches to old ski slopes.  Each session is 60min.  Don't wear anything that you don't want to get ruined.  You will get dirty not just sweaty. 

Cost:

$120 for six weeks per participant
Discounts will be given for multiple 6-week session sign ups
Gift Certificates available

To accommodate every one's busy schedules, classes missed will be credited towards future sessions.  That way everyone only pays for classes they attend.  Prior notice to missing classes is required. 

Apparel:

Apparel will be accessible to members of DRILL Team only.

Some of you already are, and some of you will become part of my coveted group of athletes, my elite squad.  We work as a team.  There never is a man left behind.  We are encouraged and encourage others.  Every session we have goals.  We work hard, bond and see results in our minds and bodies.
